PROUD OWNER
At a young age, Griffin was always trying to find ways to work for those around him. At 12 years old he would make flyers to hand out to his neighbours to collect leaves for $5 and that drive has not changed. As Griffin got older, he evolved his work into a lawn cutting and property maintenance business.
In 2016, he made the decision to get serious about owning his own business and incorporated. Griffin’s business quickly transformed and focused on landscaping and would later branch out into renovations and installing fiberglass pools.
While growing the business he realized there is a lack of professionalism in the industry and wanted to have his business be a representation of the new wave of contractors that will come into the industry.
Griffin continues to be an integral part in the business pushing for providing a better customer experience and widening our offerings to the people of Ottawa.

Kozy has built a dedicated team of experienced landscape contractors who work hard to provide customers with the best of the best. We are a motivated, young crew that is frequently complimented on how clean we are. Our Kozy team always has fun while on the job, because we love what we do.
Leon Nguyen – Hardscape Foreman
Leon joined the company in 2019 and has been very eager about keeping up with new installation techniques and products. His drive quickly saw him become our first foreman and to eventually become the head of all operations. He brings to the team a contagious dedication to get projects completed correctly and on time. Leon oversees the day-to-day operations of our crews ensuring that everything goes exactly as planned.
Erik Satura – Renovation Foreman
Erik started with the company in 2022 And quickly found himself as a foreman because of his great adaptability and Technical knowledge. Erik Does not stop moving on a job site and on those days when it’s 40° out you cannot understand how he’s doing it.
